Terms and Conditions:
The return of any material to us for transfer or any other purpose will constitute an agreement by you that if any such material is damaged or lost by us, it will be replaced not to exceed the total value of the original Customer's order. We reserve the right to refuse items that are inappropriate in nature, serverely damaged or otherwise not suitable for transfer. We will not duplicate any material which violates anyone's copyright or other rights or laws. Customer warrants that use of the materials, including their transfer to digital formats will not violate any copyright, trademark, or other rights whatsoever of any other party. Customer agrees that, regardless of negligence or other fault, if (a) any video, film, print, slides or other materials are lost or damaged; (b) we cannot complete Customer's order; or (c) any pre-recorded videotape is accidentally erased, our liability to Customer shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of Customers order.
